Responsibilities: Responsibilities of the role include managing the facilities by monitoring QMS programs, plant floor controls and processes that drive compliance and converting effectiveness; identifying gaps and responding appropriately to quality issues; consolidating and standardizing quality control activities that focus on value creation through the expansion of the statistical process control ( SPC ) program across the plywood group; and, developing quality reporting at the facility and group operational levels.
