Responsibilities: Develop and maintain schedules for all project deliverables. This includes collecting task estimates, identifying dependencies and managing resource allocation. - Manage all project risks and issues - Interface with System Architect and Development managers responsible for technology components of the product to resolve technical and logistical roadblocks. - Interface with Quality Assurance organizations to coordinate development schedules with that of testing to ensure end delivery dates are met. - Interface with Product Marketing group to resolve any requirements issues for the project. - Act as representative for engineering in cross-functional logistics teams containing members from Marketing, Technical Publications, Service, Supply Chain, etc. - Track reported defects and assure assignment to appropriate owners. - Prepare project deliverables for release to manufacturing. .
