Responsibilities: Personal Bankers are responsible for delivering outstanding service through the efficient processing of banking transactions, increasing customer awareness of our products and services, and addressing other financial needs. Additionally this position is responsible for maintaining an accurate balancing record and performing other operational duties in association with the teller line. The Personal Banker has the responsibilities of opening accounts, taking loan applications, and cross-selling additional products. This person should be capable of resolving customer complaints and inquiries to the best of their ability.
