Requirements: Requirement and Years of Experience: A Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. A Masters degree in one of the above will be considered equivalent to one year specialized experience and two years general experience. Demonstrated considerable knowledge of military command and control telecommunications systems. Specialized experience includes knowledge of current and future communications technology and knowledge of managing large (national or international) voice, video and data networks with eight (8) years specialized experience. .
