Responsibilities : Summary:Leads and manages the safe and effective operation of the Caustic Area of the Utilities Department of the Jesup Mill to maximize financial returns, achieve organizational objectives and continuously improve performance. Scope includes lime kiln, slaking equipment, blow heat evaporators, stripper column and NCG collection. Responsible for safety and housekeeping, productivity, reliability, financial management, environmental compliance, capital improvements, and human resource management for the area on a 24/7 basis. reports to the Manager, Utilities

Requirements :BS degree in engineering (Chemical, Pulp and Paper Science or Mechanical strongly preferred) with 6-9 years (10 years w/o degree) of experience in continuous proces manufacturing including at least 5 in utilities operations. also include knowledge and experience in power and recovery operations, reliability systems, financial management and leadership.
