Responsibilities : As a member of the CRM team, the Email Manager will be responsible for campaign planning, executing email campaigns, driving email contact strategy, vendor management, forecasting, and results reporting. ResponsibilityWork with lines of business and program managers to develop and execute email marketing campaignsDrive customer contact strategy and targeting, utilizing predictive analytics and segmentationEnsure campaigns deliver the right message, at the right time, to the right audienceDevelop customer lifecycle campaigns to drive customer acquisition, development, and retentionDevelop email marketing campaigns to drive cross-sell and up-sellLead efforts to acquire email addresses through Dell Sales and 3rd party vendorsManage email marketing vendor and budgetReport on email marketing performance metrics and ROI analysesPlan and execute email tests.  Report on test resultsDatabase hygiene, data quality, and deliverabilityEmail Marketing Manager The Marketing Manager will lead email marketing efforts for Dell's Small and Medium Business Organization.  As a member of the CRM team, the Email Manager will be responsible for campaign planning, executing email campaigns, driving email contact strategy, vendor management, forecasting, and results reporting. 

Requirements :Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.  MBA preferred5 years experience in online and email marketingExperience with contact strategy development and campaign optimizationExperience leveraging predictive analytics for targeting and segmentation of campaignsKnowledge of and ability to champion email marketing best practicesCAN-SPAM complianceExperience working with large databases for marketing purposesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfortable working in a dynamic environmentB-to-B experience is a plusKnowledge of direct marketing campaign development processAbout  Collaboration.
