Responsibilities : Advise Leaders of the legal and ethical considerations pertaining to decisions affectingemployees.2.Provide first contact for employees at designated locations for any issues, questions, orconcerns.3.Conduct or provide assistance with internal or external investigations related to employeeissues.Policies and Regulations1.Administer company policies and procedures to all management and employees. Identifyany policy needs or changes and work with Corporate HR to design and implement any newor changes in policy.2.Assure compliance with government regulations3.Administer location AAP.4.Assist in the coordination of plant wide communication5.Support company Lean effortsRecruitment/Retention1.Oversee the recruitment of all warehouse employees for assigned location(s)2.Directly recruit for exempt positions at assigned location(s)3.Direct and coordinate temporary help as needed. Work with local agencies to ensure qualitystandards are being met.4.Ensure all new hire paperwork is prepared and participate in the on-boarding process.5.Partner with Corporate HR to design, implement and oversee effective retention programs.Benefits Administration1.Oversee benefits administration.2.Work with Corporate HR to ensure benefit needs are being met and offer suggestion forchanges.3.Communicate and benefits changes to employees at designated location(s).Safety and Worker's Comp1.Partner with managers to bring back employees on WC. Oversee light duty work as needed.2.Communicate with Corporate Safety/WC when issues arise.3.Managed established Safety Policies, Procedures and Reporting as needed.4.Conducts periodic safety inspections.5.Facilitates Safety Team meetings.6.Ensures first aid supplies are maintained7.Coordinates for any training as designated through Corporate Safety.8.Makes recommendations on safety and workers' compensation enhancement to theCorporate Safety Manager.

Requirements :5 years of HR experience in a similar environment4 year degree in Business, HR or related fieldConsiderable knowledge of principles and practices of HR Administration, Effective oral and writtencommunication skills, excellent interpersonal skills. Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills.
