Responsibilities and Requirements : The audit process is a communication tool used to provide feedback for training and performance level purposes and to ensure compliance with procedures specified by the company's clients. Duties of Reviews daily system generated edit reports to identify potential errorsReviews daily, weekly and bi-monthly transactions performed by associates to identify potential errorsCaptures and communicates all detected error conditions to the processing associate and Unit ManagerWorking in a multi-client environment with different service level requirements unique to each clientInterpreting procedures supplied by other departments, applying audit standards to these procedures and executing these standards over an array of clients.Works under minimal supervision.May be required to handle assorted temporary assignments within the center.May periodically assist in orienting, training, assigning and checking the work of new hires within the department1-2 years experience in the insurance or mortgage industry or similar activity outside the organizationExperience in a high volume processing environmentExperience in meeting deadlines necessitated by internal and external reporting requirements1-2 years experience in the insurance or mortgage industry or similar activity outside the organizationExperience in a high volume processing environmentExperience in meeting deadlines necessitated by internal and external reporting requirements.
