Responsibilities : The Regenerative Market Development Manager drives the sales of the regenerative product portfolio and builds the regenerative business in an assigned geographic area through direct selling activities, assisting Straumann Surgical Territory Managers to successfully obtain regenerative orders with their customers, and developing regenerative KOLs andCompetencyCentersThe Market Development Manager assists the Straumann Surgical Territory Managers with growing their regenerative business through obtaining sales leads and providing technical support where critical situations and questions appear for the customers.Major of the :Maintains responsibility for the Regenerative budget of designated geographical areas including performance to sales targets and expense management.Executes Sales and Business relevant activities and events to support and drive the Regenerative business. Helps develop perio practices and convert these accounts to Straumann accounts.Builds personal relationships with Regenerative local KOL and competence centers, builds up trust, and engages others.Organizes and implements Regenerative oriented education events amongst KOL, competence centers and customers.Assists surgical Territory Managers with closing the account for Straumann Regenerative products. Helps close accounts utilizing technical expertise.Leverages market and customer knowledge for the success of the Regenerative business.Serves as the first level support for all Regenerative related questions.

Requirements :Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent education/experience.At least 3 years of professional sales experience, with a proven track-record of success. Regenerative Dental Sales preferred, but not required.Ability to sell biological concepts without strong visual impact.The person ideally has an experience such as pharmaceutical, science (biology), key accounts, medical devices, or dental hygiene.Experience and comfort in working within a fast-paced, international business environment is a must.Experience in and ability to contributing to a successful team spirit within the designated sales force.Ability to both acquire new customers and maintain and deepen existing customer relationships.
