The individual must have experience directly managing large Pay per Click campaigns including bidding, daily campaign management, and reporting. Experience with Google, Yahoo, and MSN are required. This manager will also help the Director of Internet Marketing build the other components of the Internet Marketing program including but not limited to lead flow optimization. This individual should be looking to join a startup environment, can handle a high growth venture, and has strong analytical skills. B2C experience is required, Lead Generation experience a big plus. Overall, candidate must possess an analytical mindset with strong quantitative and online marketing skills. Strong Excel skills are a must. Daily : Manage paid search campaigns across multiple engines to ensure the company specific goals are met. Keyword generation, creative testing, bid management, landing page optimization, budget management etc. Research, collect, and analyze data, leverage internal and external resources, and data sources to report on successes and actionable opportunities for the paid search program. Utilize bid management tools and data modeling to maximize the effectiveness of PPC campaigns. Balance PPC efforts using online and offline data. Generate and disseminate campaign performance reports to the entire team. Manage relationship with third parties to effectively and efficiently maintain performance success.
