Responsibilities : The annual operating budget for hoist related work is approx. $34MM. MWSS executes 220 well services per month ranging from routine pump changes to mechanical stimulations. requires an in-depth working knowledge of well pulling operations and downhole well experience, well control knowledge, a strong understanding of safety procedures and very strong demonstrated leadership skills. includes direction of rig services, review and approval of rig and support services tickets, development of Standard Operating procedures, field and rig visits and extended working hours in some cases. Facilitation of hoist supervisor meetings and interactions with Business partner supervision along with Chevron engineers, Production Techs., and Operations Supervisors will be a daily event. Details:Key Job for this position may include but are not limited to:Assists or manages the safe and efficient daily operations of Production Rig work Recommends well repair procedures including, but not limited to, pump, rod, & tubing replacements, & sand cleanouts Works with multi-disciplined teams (engineering, maintenance, etc.) to optimize well production May provide direct leadership & mentoring for contract Lowis data entry clerks. Helps facilitate process improvement teams (LAIT) Very active and highly visible with Business Partner safety processes and meetings.

Requirements :Candidate must possess high knowledge surrounding all aspects of routine downhole well work, thermal operations, well control, wellbore stimulation methods and failure analysis. Must also be fluent in all aspects of rig support services, such as wash pumps, coiled tubing, Corod and rental tool support. Must have demonstrated superior leadership skills with the ability to set direction, challenge status quo, and work a business plan. Will be expected to draft written standard procedures and lead/participate in teams or groups. Must have some experience with financial cost controls and budget estimating. Must have experience with general well and hoist safety processes, procedures and have a demonstrated high level of personal safety accomplishments.
