Responsibilities : FunctionSuccessful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day functions of administering Medical Reimbursement Accounts offered under the Cafeteria 125 Plans of various clients within performance standards and service objectives.ExperienceDemonstrated ability in:Processing and entering medical reimbursement account participant claimsDisbursement of reimbursement payments to plan participantsProviding participants telephone and internet supportEnrollment of new plan participantsCompletion of annual re-enrollment for existing accountsSpecial projectsOther duties as assigned.

Requirements :Candidates should have an associate degree or above and a minimum of two-three years of experience in benefit plan administration.Qualified candidates must have these personal and professional skills:Excellent analytical, research and problem solving skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsVerbal and written communication skillsStrong sense of organization and prioritizationAbility to work in a team environmentMust work well under pressure, meet deadlines and handle large volumes of diverse workStrong PC skills including typing and 10-key operationWorking knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing and other software applications & systems.
