Responsibilities and Requirements : First Presbyterian Church is an active faith community with a desire to continue deepening our faith through Christian education for all ages. We are a congregation that seeks to grow in the love of Jesus Christ and to share that love with the community and the world. We are seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) Christian Education/Youth Coordinator. This person will work with our Christian Education Committee to coordinate, support and provide leadership for an effective program for children, birth through high school and their families. include recruiting, engaging, and supervising volunteers and youth in ministry. We are seeking a person who affirms our church's mission and vision for ministry, has education and/or experiences working with children and older youth, has skills and experience in relational ministry, and has excellent organization and communication skills.
