Responsibilities : Associate of Science or Associate of Arts in Science Degree required.Experience:One year Scientific Lab experience required. Experience in GC and HPLC preferred.

Requirements :Ability to lift 40 lbs. required. Computer knowledge required.Job Functions:Prepare samples of juices for testing using solvent and chemical extractions. Perform a variety of analytical tests on juice and juice drink samples. Use both Gas Chromatography and High Performance Liquid Chromatography in analyses. Clean and dispose of equipment used in lab. Use Pasteurizer and other equipment as instructed. Take samples of juices and ingredients from the plant for testing.Additional Duties:Perform additional research projects as deemed necessary.Compensation:$16.00 - $17.78 per hour
