Responsibilities : Conduct audits of retail stores to identify shrink management improvement opportunities and verify compliance with several key Sarbanes Oxley related processes Present corresponding corrective action plans in accordance with Shrink Audit program and Provide shrink reduction advice to retail store managers and store associates.

Requirements :High school diploma or its equivalent Three years retail experience in positions involving a responsibility for a business unit (i.e. deli or grocery department) or process or three years of loss prevention experience Ability and willingness to work variable, sometimes unpredictable, and often long hours under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of loss prevention, security and risk management concepts Knowledge of retail processes such as cash handling, receiving, register transactions, office reconciliation; inventory control and related paperwork Must be flexible in dealing with a variety of situations and assignments simultaneously Ability and willingness to travel, including overnight Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to effectively communicate with associates at various levels within the organization Must be able to work effectively in a self-directed work environment as well as being able to receive general direction from multiple sources Excellent planning and organizational skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Adaptable computer skills Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills High level of maturity, discretion, tact, judgment and the ability to deal with confidential matters Excellent attendance records and strong work ethic Excellent human relations skills (the ability to work well with others and be a team member) Enthusiasm, initiative and pride in work and a Commitment to Publix and our Mission.
