Responsibilities : Oversee placement of cross-channel spots on cable networks and work with agency and traffic manager to track, analyze and evaluate cross-channel advertising effectiveness. Work with the advertising agency and the marketing group to assess and evaluate and execute on promotional needs to meet growth, revenue and other goals of the division.Work with other departments including public relations and training, as well as with marketing to write and produce longer form videos, such as How to and training videos as well as content for Answers On Demand, and videos for customer education, sales presentations, etc. as needed.Maintain and refresh library of cross-channel TV spots, graphic elements and network logos, process affidavits, and the creation and trafficking of i-ad graphic elements.Special video projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements :Candidate should possess strong script/copy writing, graphics, non-linear editing, and conceptualization skills; should have a minimum 5 -7 years experience in television promotion with a marketing/advertising background.  Ideal candidate is a self-starter who can take projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision including: creative ability with producing, directing, shooting, scripting, editing, audio mixing and voice over talent. Must be able to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines with an upbeat attitude; must be organized, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Needs to be able to effectively present promotional ideas and concepts to a varied group of people, and accept and incorporate feedback from different stake holders.
