Responsibilities : Provide training and guidance to new staff and the on-going training of existing staff- Ensure the services provided comply with contract and licensing requirements, COA and internal quality assurance standards- Provide crisis intervention, individual, family and/or group therapy sessions and maintain required documentation- Conduct or coordinate educational classes such as parenting skills, independent living skills, behavior management, etc., and may include MAPP training- Review and monitor billing for clinical services- Maintain and generate necessary reports and paperwork in a timely manner (i.e. Quality Assurance and program accounting reports)- Act as liaison with outside social service agencies and other organizations- Approve admission of clients to program; may assign cases to program staff- Assist in grant writing and re-accreditation preparation- Attend and represent CHS at community meetings- Assist in fund raising activities- Provide Behavioral Health Overlay Services intervention, in-depth clinical assessment and treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed clinician.- Provide services to clients through individual, group and family therapy.- Oversee the behavioral program associated with the client treatment plan.- Participate in BHOS treatment team meetings.- Develop the behavioral health aspects of child's discharge plan.- Participates in the treatment team meetings.- Train direct care staff regarding components of the individualized treatment plan.- Participate in the quality improvment processThis list of essential functions is not intended to be exhaustive.

Requirements :All degrees must be from an accredited university. Master's Degree in Social Work or a comparable human services field. For Social Worker IV, an MSW is required.- of one year of post master's experience- Three years of experience dealing with emotionally disturbed children/adolescents- Please see COA (Council on Accreditation) standards for specific skills and knowledge that pertain to the program in which the employee is working.
