Responsibilities : A Dietary Assistant III monitors general operation, adjusts schedules, records essential information and ensures that work is completed in a timely manner. Must also provide high sanitation standards to ensure quality food service. Should also be able to conduct on-the-job training for Dietary Assistant I's and Dietary Assistant II's. A Dietary Assistant III should also be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the patients we serve.

Requirements :High School Diploma or equivalent required. of one-year experience as a Dietary Assistant II, or equivalent previous work experience in a leadership role. Good communication skills are essential as well as being organized.
