Click Here to Apply OnlineResponsibilities : We are looking for members to join our Commercial Print Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling RR Donnelley capabilities to strategically targeted companies in the Charlotte, NC area. This selling process is very complex and may involve multiple product offerings whose solutions are delivered across the network of operations. The successful candidate will bring existing sales relationships with annual value in excess of one million dollars, be responsible for identifying and carrying out primary sales duties to break into new accounts, and grow established RRD accounts. The Sales Rep will lead a team of subject matter experts who will assist in the development of a solution and proposal. You will hold the key to your income with commission opportunities tied to your sales success.
Requirements :Manage the development and delivery of succinct presentations and proposals that clearly demonstrate how RR Donnelley Commercial Printing services effectively address client requirements and objectives.Create value beyond the initial sales opportunity. Identify strategic prospects throughout targeted organizations. Assess these identified opportunities and formulate effective strategies, both long and short-term, for pursuing them.Initiate and grow relationships with senior management level Marketing, Brand, Packaging and Graphics personnel within targeted prospects and organizations.Attain agreed upon annual sales goals.Passionate attention to detail and consistency when it comes to how brands and customer messaging is communicated.Influence and build internal and external partnerships with teams comprised of a variety of technical, financial, operations and client services roles.Demonstrate highly developed commercial printing process technical skills for problem solving and value delivery.Uses ethical business practices in dealing with customers.Required ExperienceA minimum of 5-7 years outside sales experience in the printing industry with multiple years of one million annual sales required.A bachelor's degree is preferred.Demonstrated success working with branded consumer product, pharmaceutical, retail and/or food and beverage companies to support large-scale graphics initiatives.
