Responsibilities : We are actively seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor of Medical Records in Processing Operations department in Alpharetta, GA.This position is full-time, day shift. Occasional mandatory overtime required.This position pays $12 an hour.The QA Auditorassists in improving customer service and member retention by improving service quality.This role performs audits and edits on processed requests (prior to invoice and mailing) using a wide range of criteria options.This position is responsible for proactively identifying and resolving processing issues, monitor new and existing member sites and flag sensitive data transmissions.Essential Duties and :Audit data entered by the indexers against the information contained in the request letter.Review all Sensitive Data Alter request prior to release for delivery.Performs QC audits on predetermining percentage of the daily screened requests.

Requirements :3-5 years related experienceExperience in Medical Record Billing is preferredShould have some exposure to LawsonMust be proficient in Microsoft OfficeMust be detail orientedMust have excellent communication skillsMust be able to work with sensitive /confidential informationShould be a team playerEducation:High school graduate preferredNo solicitations from employment consulting firms or staffing agencies.
