Responsibilities : Provide reporting and guidance to senior channel management teamEnsure DigitalGlobe global sales team and channel partners have necessary resources and tools to meet aggressive sales goals.Partner with business leaders and corporate functions to align training with DigitalGlobe corporate strategy and sales opportunities.Create and deliver training for new product releases and enhancements.Assess knowledge gaps for sales team and develop high impact, flexible solutions.Travel with members of the sales force to assess sales skills and product knowledge, and provide mentoring and coaching as required.Develop relevant training materials for internal and external audiences, to include online learning modules and sales tools.Evaluate, assess, and continually improve the effectiveness of training.Manage and facilitateannual sales meetings.Job

Requirements :8 - 10 years experience in training field, with an emphasis in sales trainingDegree in Business, MBA preferredProven track record of meeting or influencing aggressive sales goalsWell-versed in professional selling skills and terminologyExperience designing and delivering interactive trainingProcess driven with an eye on scalable, repeatable learning solutionsProven consultative relationship building skillsConfident and well spoken in front of small and large audiencesStrong communication skills, both written and oralExperience with online and virtual training tool creation and deliveryWorks with a sense of urgencyTeam player who is able to work rapidly to develop effective training programWorks effectively with leadership team members, subject matter experts, vendors and across departmentsCompensationOur compensation package includes: competitive base salary; annual incentive plan with payouts based on results; choice of medical plan; dental, life and disability insurance; employee assistance program; flexible spending accounts.
