Responsibilities and Requirements : Seeking Agents to provide intellectual property services to leading edge technology clients in the areas of semiconductors, communications, and computer software. The responsibilities of the candidate will primarily include the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. Will also have opportunities to prepare and prosecute trademark applications, as well as perform litigation support and patent analysis. The candidate must have undergraduate degrees in computer science, electrical engineering, or physics. Candidates having several years of patent prosecution experience will be preferred.
