Gain full understanding of customer supply chain processes, directives operations & terminology. 2. Analyze customer scorecard metrics for gaps vs. KPI of similar metrics. Recommend action steps to mitigate ongoing issues or substandard results. 3. Assist Customer Supply Chain Manager with development of action plans to improve mutual KPI results and issue resolution. 4. Conduct thorough analysis of specified customers supply chain and/or initiatives using project management skills. Recommend actions required for implementation at customer & Unilever. 5. Update new SC data repository of customer complaints, issues and resolutions. Links closely with the BPD Customer Integration team. 6. Participate as a core member on the Customer Support Operational Teams. Challenges 1. Evaluating trade-off of time, cost and service to satisfy both Unilever and its customers. 2. Must see big picture in analyzing and/or solving complex and sometimes focused issues so that modifications could allow leveraging initiatives with other customers. 3. Participate in the execution (either pilot or full roll-out) of new programs. 4. Continual change via customer initiatives that could counterbalance SC directives. 5. Evaluating the cost & complexity of customized services with the improvement in service to top customer & potential revenue enhancements.
