Our objective is to create solutions that allow people to work and communicate in new and innovative ways giving back to the world's technical community whenever we can.The role: Compliance Program ManagerCompliance Program Managers are self-motivated individuals with strong skills in program management, negotiation, problem solving, and relationship management who will coordinate the compliance efforts within engineering and related functions.You will will work closely with engineering and other stakeholders to analyze, define, and verify current and future control solutions to ensure compliance as well as drive the execution of remediation plans. Additionally, the Program Manager will work in measuring and improving current processes and designs to facilitate increased efficiency and execution.:Drive the coordination and compilation of System Security Plans, POAMs and supporting documentation, including maintenance and update of such plans.Manage Certification & Accreditation process.Continuously identify and assess IT-related risks and control weaknesses.Coordinate with engineering, internal audit and other stakeholders to define appropriate remediations.Manage, track and control project issues to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Develop reports to track planning, scheduling, issues, risks, and overall status.

Requirements :BA/BS in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent).At least 5 years of program management within an IT related field. Expert project management/program-management and prioritization skills.Understanding of controls at the systems, network, and application level.Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with people at all levels of the organization and facilitate the implementation of corrective actions.
