Responsibilities : The qualified candidate will be responsible for maintaining business with existing accounts as well as identifying and developing profitable growth at both existing accounts and unsold accounts primarily in Fort Worth and south to Waco-Temple, TX. You will lead and work closely with inside and outside sales teammates in a coordinated effort to sell Ryerson products and value added services. Must have the ability to gain and manage business at both transactional and contractual type accounts.Expectations Meet or exceed sales and price margin goals established for the Branch Understand the financial basics of the business as they relate to the profitability of the company. Develop and execute a sales program on a segment specific basis which reflects a strong understanding of what drives profitability and will identify, develop and maintain relationships with major accounts and develop new accounts Forecast sales and profit and is held accountable for its deliverance on a consistent basis. Develop strategic and tactical plans to grow and support the branch product offering. Assist in establishing and meeting service, quality and profitability goals. Establish and maintain top level contact with the management of existing or potential customers Build credibility and trust with current and potential customers Display great personal commitment to customer satisfactionMust also demonstrate the following personal characteristics: Assertive, competitive and goal oriented Team player Excellent oral and written communication skills Flexible and solutions-oriented High degree of business ethics

Requirements : Bachelor degree preferred 3-5 years outside sales experience in a metals environment. Strong MS Office skills(Word, Excel, Outlook) Self-starter Good people skills.
