Responsibilities : The Program Manager, reports directly to the Director of Quality. This position is accountable for managing the programs and projects for ES3 OEM customers and for establishing strong cross-organizational, cross-functional business networks to support the growth of the business year over year; for creating delighted customers for our strategic partners. Essential to the position is leadership to provide timely and quality product and service fulfillment to meet the needs of the customer while providing internal customers with appropriate specificity and lead time to create the ideal solution to grow revenue, increase gross margins and to provide competitive pricing. Lead joint quarterly and yearly business reviews. The position requires managing and facilitating engineering, product management and service to support efforts needed to meet business objectives and continued growth of the critical business segment. This individual, in conjunction with Sales, needs to develop strategic goals linked to Corporate initiatives and to develop the tactics for executing against the strategy. Other duties as needed.

Requirements :Leadership, financially savvy, technically competent, skilled at influencing without authority, internal and external relationship management, demonstrated excellence in problem solving while being open to new ideas and to thrive in a world of change; thorough understanding and interest in the electrical distribution industry; process orientation, while being able to think out of the box when appropriate; systems thinking; cultural sensitivity in managing and influencing in a global business environment; excellent negotiation skills. Excellent customer facing skills and financial orientation essential. Technical undergraduate degree in computer science, math, physics, engineering or related technical field preferred; MBA a plus. 8 years experience as a successful program or product manager or related experience; experience in technical product environment highly desirable. International business experience and fluent English, written and verbal communication. Travel As needed, domestic and international to support the business.
