Responsibilities : Technical design, implementation, deployment, and support of applications within the Equity Trading suite of applications. Partner with Business Analysts to review and implement business requirements. Good presentation skills are a must as the candidate will be interacting with the end users and gathering requirements as well. The candidate will be joining a team that is comprised on on-shore and off-shore resources. The selected Consultant will initially be doing enhancements and then new development. All candidates MUST have experience with high volume, high stress load systems.

Requirements :Experience Level:5 YearsTools/: 5 years in systems development using Delphi, they are currently on 5.0 and are moving to 2007 in Q1/Q2 of 2010:Required. Experience with Object Pascal (EurekaLog, DevExpress, XML Partner, Indy Internet Direct, ODBC, Direct Oracle Access):Required. 3 years experience with Oracle, PL/SQL database programming:Required. Experience with Java, .NET and Linux is a plus. The more experience that a candidate has in this area the longer the potential term of the assignment will be. Experience developing high-performance trading and/or transactional applications:Required. Strong analysis, design and modeling skills : Highly Desirable. Strong knowledge of Oracle database and PL/SQL (complex Queries and some stored procedures):Required. Strong motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment supporting a business-critical production environment Trading experience: Highly Desirable. Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies and their effective application: Highly Desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Highly Desirable.
