Responsibilities : This is a full-time position within theCallCenter. Candidates must be available to work a 40-hour workweek and be flexible with weekend coverage.Job :Conduct and coordinate training for call center activitiesDevelop, maintain and make recommendations for training opportunities within the call centerOversee seasonal trainers and seasonal assistant trainers during peak seasonCurriculum and implementation of new processes, completes input of course and classes, ensures accuracy of training material, tests all new training enhancements made to the manuals and test planPerform quality check of written materials used for trainingMaintain a database of information weekly on each trainee i.e. attendance, test scoresMaintain Policy & Procedure Training manualsMaintains accuracy of the training database and agent transcriptsWork closely with other members of the training staff and management to communicate training opportunities and events, special awards.

Requirements :3-5 years in a Call Center Environment2-3 years training facilitation/educational course design experience2 to 3 years as a call center trainer, supervisor or curriculum designerBachelors degree in business administration or education preferredStrong attention to detail, organization and follow-up skillsKnowledge of quality assurance (QA) and training and development principles and practices requiredKnowledge of adult learning stylesExperience with implementing different teaching/learning strategies.
