Responsibilities : This User Interface Designer position is responsible for designing and developing user interfaces for web applications. Operates with considerable latitude, recommends major changes, and is generally responsible for the user interface integrity for large systems. Provides technical leadership to other UI/UE members.

Requirements :Requires a Bachelor degree in User-centered design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design or equivalent degree/experience plus eight or more years of relevant experience.Your Next Challenge:Translate business requirements or business needs into user interface design.Implement user interface solutions including but not limited to: flowcharts, site maps, prototypes, UI functional specifications, final production graphics, and preparing reports and presentations.Work proactively in a team setting consisting of many roles to provide communication and to solve issues and problems.Provide team leadership. Oversee medium to large projects including planning, assigning, monitoring, and reviewing progress and accuracy of work.Provide mentorship to junior members of the team.Provide project status.What You'll Need:Bachelor degree in User-centered design, Information Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent degree/experience.Working knowledge of information design principles, and a good understanding of new media technology.Understands the relationship between content, user interface, and technology.Proven track record of working with large and small web sites and achieving a positive user response.Eight or more years of relevant experience in a software development environment.
