Click Here to Apply OnlineResponsibilities : Provides client companies with consultation, training and assistance with managing troubled employees and enhancing the work environment.Provides employees and their dependents of companies who contract with the EAP, with confidential, prepaid assessment, problem-solving sessions, case management and appropriate community referral, as needed.Makes regular site visits to companies and provides on-site consultation, training and workshops based on contract specifications.SalaryNegotiable based on experience.
Requirements :Required:Baccalaureate Degree in human services field.Proficient in the use of keyboard and basic computer applications.Preferred:Above plus Master Degree in human services field and CEAP.Proficient in knowledge of EAP service modalities, including Brief Supportive Counseling, Critical Incident Stress Debriefing, Conflict Resolution, Time and Stress Management at the time of hire.Proficient in understanding of workplace trauma and violence interventions at the time of hire.Proficient in knowledge of interpersonal communication styles, personality dynamics and workplace cultures and how these interrelate in the workplace at the time of hire.Proficient in knowledge of ADA, OSHA and FMLA laws at the time of hire.EXPERIENCEA minimum of one year of related experience is required.DepartmentEAPEmployment Typefull timeContactLori Harrell, Recruiter
