Responsibilities and Requirements : Senior Help Desk Analyst (Third Shift)Baltimore, MDAn opportunity is available for an experienced Information Technology professional to join our firm-wide Help Desk team. The Senior Help Desk Analyst is responsible for handling escalated user calls and providing resolutions to technical questions and problems in a Windows XP environment.A minimum of four years of experience supporting MS Office and Windows XP, a minimum of two years of experience providing desk side and/or telephone support to users, and knowledge of hardware and communication applications required. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, organization and customer service skills and be able to travel to other firm offices as needed.Hours: 9:00 p.m. 5:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday.
