Key responsibilities include:Enterprise-wide Executive Compensation program and policy designAssist in the design and implementation of enterprise-wide bonus and long-term incentive programs and policies Research and identify specific market trends and best practices for their potential relevance to Dell's policy and plan/program design Provide consultation and advice in support of Human Resource peers and partners and various customer organizations Analyze executive compensation programs for cost impact, effectiveness, legal and regulatory compliance, and alignment with shareholder interests Consult with compensation departments to: Administer the existing programs Collaborate on company-wide projectsCommunicate program design, actions and/or changes Serve as Project Manager and lead various project/program design initiatives to develop and continuously improve Dell's Executive Compensation product and service portfolio in support of key HR strategies for the business Compensation Committee Coordination Serve as Quality Prime in the preparation of materials for each meeting of the Leadership Development & Compensation CommitteeHelp prepare material to be presented to the Committee Interact with Finance, Accounting, Operations Planning, Tax, Treasury, Communications, and Legal to ensure compliance and knowledge share with all these key constituents.
