Responsibilities and Requirements : RPh on the Go is seeking a pharmacist for a 13 week assignment, with the potential for the assignment to become a permanent position for the right candidate. IV skills a must.Some clinical background preferred.Clinical Pharmacy ManagerEnsures that drugs and/or devices are dispensed and delivered safely and accurately. This is accomplished by identifying potential and actual drug-related problems, resolving actual drug- related problems, preventing potential drug-related problems, and optimizing patient therapy outcomes. Directs and coordinates pharmacy and site operations. Ensures, as Pharmacist-in Charge, that the pharmacy meets all state and federal laws and regulations. Demonstrates a team player attitude with co-workers.Assures that all on-site personnel, including coverage personnel where appropriate, are current in all validation, training, etc., and aredocumented. 9a-5p (however the clinical staff would be required to come in earlier/stay later if for some reason patient required it, for example if the infusion center gets a late admission or something along those lines).How busy is it? Consistently busy- we are looking for a highly motivated, energetic and organized clinical pharmacist.
