Responsibilities : Atlanta, GA Description:' Presentation of existing Polycom Technical Training courses in English ' Develop course materials for new products or to regionalize content and delivery, as requested ' Update courses to incorporate release or revision changes to software or hardware ' Maintain classroom and training equipment hardware and software ' Travel to remote sites for course presentation or preparation, outside Polycom facilities including international travel . Ability to create technical presentations for training purposes for both internal and external customers.

Requirements :Bachelors degree or equivalent and 5 years experience in the following: ' Professional high-tech training experience or a background in Systems Engineering with 1 or more networking products & configurations such as Routers/Switches, Video MCU's, Servers, Gateways, Gatekeepers, Conferencing End-points, & other related Internetworking hardware (req'd) ' Demonstrated platform delivery skills and a knowledge of adult learning theory and training (required) ' Strong demonstrated product & industry application knowledge in Channel Networks (T1, ISDN, PRI and BRI) & Packet Networks (TCP/IP) (req'd) ' Applied skills and experience in videoconferencing/telecommunications and networking industry related course delivery ' Development environments with one or more Operating Systems such as Windows, Windows NT, Windows 2000/2003 ' Excellent presentation skills, and use of presentation tools (including Powerpoint, projectors, distance learning tools) ' Strong demonstrated interpersonal skills and strong verbal/written communications skills including articulate and excellent enunciation.
