Responsibilities : Under minimal direction, formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through user needs and an understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Develops or modifies procedures to solve complex problems within information systems. Provides guidance to less experienced Business System Analysts. Support the Defense Travel Management Office in the following Training InitiativesCompile and analyze call logs, web feedback, emails, and TMS issues and use the analysis results to form recommendations for improvements to DTMO Trainingmaintain a central schedule of all training offeringsconsolidate, maintain, and update training aids, quick reference guides, and other helpful resources to assist DoD Commercial Travelersmaintain and update training curriculums, available via download form the DTMO website, for all ILT Offerings Instruct Distance Learning or Instructor Lead Training ClassesAssist with Defense Travel Administrator Seminars. 

Requirements ::Strong background in technical writing and documentation; knowledge of the Defense Travel System (DTS) . Requires bachelor's degree (in Computer Science or a related field) or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience. Working knowledge of DOD Service and Agency Travel Policies and regulations, financial guidance, policies and proceduresFamiliarity with the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO) and it's functions.Duties and : Under minimal direction, formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through user needs and an understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
