Responsibilities : Must possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.- Prepares the budget for and performs complex detailed variance analysis (with multiple variables and drivers) on multiple Ledger accounts or Cost Centers or Departments.- Prepares or reviews the accrual for complex Ledger account(s).- Researches invoice and accounting transactions affecting account(s).- Prepares written footnotes summarizing variance analysis findings for budget packages.- Develops strong relationships with Customers, peers and Leaders.- Understands how to read and interpret an Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement.- Creates and presents material, both written and oral, to Finance and department Leaders.- Attends and actively participates in meetings; may lead simple or routine business meetings.- Provides ad Hoc financial and operational support to Finance and department Leaders.- Supports Tier 1 Facilities, Technology and/or Strategic projects. Handles Tier 2 or 3 Facilities, Technology and/or Strategic projects from start to finish with little direction.- Self-directed worker.- Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description.- May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders.

Requirements :High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.- Must be at least 18 years of age.- Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 19864-year college degree with business related major OR 4-year college degree with at least three years of finance-related experience at At least two years of finance / accounting related experience. Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting (50 lbs), standing, sitting, driving, pulling, pushing, squatting, hearing, climbing, walking, kneeling, reaching, crawling, writing and speaking.- Must be able to sit in an office environment for extended periods of time.
