Conduct site tours by showing the prospect the community grounds, all community amenities, model units and available units. Respond to telephone inquiries from prospective residents. Follow up with all current and prospective residents. Follow up with Level One and Internet leads per standard. Maintain prospect, traffic and leasing data. Prepare all lease related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner for manager approval. Follow policies and procedures regarding the qualifications, screening and acceptance of applicants for residency. Prepare for manager review. Inspect vacant units to ensure units are ready per standard. Implement community lease renewal program. Assist with financial operations of the community. Assist Community Manager with monthly closing as required. Transport funds to the bank as required. Assist with Marketing Functions. Assist with planning and hosting of resident functions and deliver resident gifts. Conduct market surveys. Participate in company training classes and meetings, as required. Respond to resident requests and work with residents to resolve resident concerns. Other tasks as assigned. Attendance: requires ability to work any of the seven days of the week, 52 weeks of the year. It is extremely critical that individuals possess the ability to work their scheduled hours plus any other hours necessary to complete the job and must attend training classes as scheduled.
