Business Development Manager - (US-TX-Houston - 77299) Minimum Education: None Job Type: Full Time Email this job to yourself or to a friend | Job Match Test | Resume Guide Click Here to Apply Online Responsibilities and Requirements : Capital, a subsidiary of is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to impact the organization by conducting business development activities in designated markets in order to achieve profitable growth and meet the revenue and income objectives of Capital. include,but not limited to:Assisting in business planning to develop effective account strategies to position and identify business development opportunities by identifying customer needs, developing complex solutions for customers, obtaining customer commitment, and successfully implementing solutions.Engaging in monitoring and maintaining account relationships to ensure seamless integration of new business in order to meet the revenue and income objectives of Capital, while maintaining continued customer satisfaction.Communicating information to and from an assigned sales team in a timely manner; prioritize competing work demands; identify, observe, and measure the performance knowledge, skills abilities and other characteristics of the sales team.ConductingWorking with District Directors of Sales, National Sales Account Managers, and others to generate connectivity with and other Supply Chain Solutions businesses by linking Capital solutions together.Works extensively with and -SCS to bundle products and services into the overall solution. Self-starter, extremely motivated, excellent negotiation skills.Conducting financial analysis and structure insurance proposals, develop applications, issue proposals, submit transactions to internal and external insurance markets, negotiate contracts, verify contract compliance, deal with regulatory issues, and manage insurance documentation and other aspects relative to the binding process.Available fortravel up to 60% or more throughout a multi-state geographic area.This position reports to the Region Sales Manager.Demonstrating expert knowledge in all aspects of the TPS product line and strong general knowledge of all products offered by Capital.Education and SkillsBachelor's degree required although equivalent experience relevant to the job may be considered. Marketing / Insurance major preferred. 2 years of Sales experience required. sales preferred.Required to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance license for the state.Proficiency in English is required.Proficiency in multiple languages is strongly preferred.
