Responsibilities : As a Group Manager, Business Development, you'll take the lead as youDevelop business strategies that drive existing and future business objectives which include leading the development of:  Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy development; Target India Store Design team performance & productivity enhancements; strategic partnership and Target growth strategies development; Store Design quality assurance strategy development; and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Strategy DevelopmentProvide leadership, coaching, motivation and assistance to managers and team members to ensure teamwork and high performance in the accomplishment of all responsibilities and projects. Responsible for the performance management of all managers and their direct reports. Participate in succession planning and follow-up activities to develop staffIdentify, evaluate, develop and execute strategic relationships to build/expand capabilities; create catalysts for business growth and portfolio diversification; increase business value; and drive industry leadership/directionStrategize and lead processes to maintain and improve Target brand between Store Design team, Target Branding, In-Store Marketing and Target consultants.   Manage coordination, design negotiation and brand integrity with large external developer-hired consultant teamsStrategize departmental initiatives and implement ways to improve the standards and procedures, productivity, design, accuracy, and completeness of our work.
