Reporting to this position is a Customer Marketing Manager who manages two Administrative Assistants. The incumbent is the team's expert regarding the annual planning process and trade, below the line, cost share, OPEX, and 3rdParty budgets. The position requires continuous interaction with the Team Leaders and account handlers with knowledge of consumption and industry trends, business news, and customer specific opportunities and risks.Total sales revenue generated from the Central Division is approximately $100MM annuallyWork with the Central Division Vice President and Team Leaders to develop strategic business plans that impact the sales and profits for the Central Division. Work closely with Category Management, Consumer Marketing and Marketing Research (IRI) to utilize appropriate fact-based tools for utilization by the Central Division team.Establish realistic and challenging, but fair, annual customer volume objectives based on consumption trends, industry information and customer specific knowledge that will provide the best opportunity for the Central Division to achieve the annual net sales objective.
