Responsibilities : Motivated, proficient Graphic Designer responsible for designing high impact yellow page, magazine, direct mail advertising for clients- will create speculative ad layouts that are a valuable sales tools in order to increase revenue- Use original design concepts, enhance customer's designs; or follow detailed customer instructions to effectively combine text and art elements- Analyze spec requests and/or consult with sales rep and/or customer to determine customer's advertising needs and to formulate effective advertising concepts to meet those needs- Work closely with peer division artists and assist with workload where time permits

Requirements :A requirements 2-3 years work experience with Macintosh hardware, InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoShop (Adobe CS) software.- Training to be provided for proprietary ad management software.- BA preferred and highly desired, degree in Graphic Design, Art or related field.- 1-2 years yellow page ad design experience as well as high end magazine and direct mail design experience.- Proofreading skills; essential ability to read, correctly interpret and apply written instruction and product description to successfully create quality spec ads.- Accuracy is critical for all text and artwork, especially customer name, address, phone number and web address for the annual print product.- Ability to multi-task and work with 30 - sales reps in an intense deadline-driven environment.- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision. Manage daily production schedules and deadline. Complete work progress reports and other reports or surveys as requested by supervisor.- Adhere to required productivity standards, metrics and goals- Enforce company policy and procedures- Strong people, organizational and customer service skills are required- Proven ability to work effectively with a wide variety of employees and customers- Requires professional appearance, attitude and demeanor for phone, email and in-person correspondence/meetings with customers, fellow employees and supervisorOur competitive employment package include competitive salary, employer matched.
