Responsibilities : Enhance's storage products drive businesses to new levels of success. As a Technical Project Manager, you provide support, infrastructure and process development to help manage product engineering, verification, release and support of products. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing/leading programs and projects that cross functional and organizational boundaries requiring a broad understanding of products, engineering practices, processes and strong communication skills. This position will be responsible for the program management of hardware and software programs including host adapters, drivers and applications. Additional projects may include program management for infrastructure activities, process definitions and implementations, and engineering support/information tools development and deployment. Job duties will include facilitating engineering processes, leading program meetings, tracking/managing engineering schedules, proactively identifying and resolving issues, information dissemination and team building. This position will involve a substantial amount of interaction throughout engineering as well as with the Marketing, Sales, Test, Manufacturing and Service organizations. An understanding of hardware and software standards, configuration management, and technology initiatives will also be important components of the job. This position will also include defining, developing and refining processes and infrastructure to support and catalyze engineering throughout SSG and the whole of Enhance Technology.

Requirements : Bachelors' degree in a technology discipline or information systems with at least 6 years of program/project management experience required. Excellent analytical, management, and communication skills are a must. Must demonstrate an ability to successfully work with others. Experience/knowledge of PC architecture and I/O technology. Location: Taipei, Taiwan.
