Experience in healthcare claims systems is a plus. Public sector procurement experience is a plus. Experience in business process management (BPM) systems. Strong understanding of software development life-cycles, how to apply requirements elicitation and management strategies to these life-cycles, and how excellent requirements contribute to successful IT projects. Successful leadership and management experience. Superb written and oral communications skills. Strong proficiency in English is required. Impeccable integrity. Candidates must be confident with their abilities to make correct decisions and the courage to speak out when they are uncomfortable with the direction the project is taking. Willingness and ability to effectively engage with people and organizations on a continuous basis. Technical background in IT is desirable, but not mandatory. A bachelors degree is required.
