PT - Outpatient clinic

Base Pay (54,300-75,000) +
Incentive Pay (can add up to 2% based on productivity standards),
Sign On Bonus for a 2 yr commitment, Retention bonuses and a Tuition reimbursement program. Professional Development time allotted of 1 hr every 2 weeks.
New Rural outpatient clinic. Variety of ages and diagnosis. However, our clientele is typically older. We see ortho and neuro primarily. PT’s see a lot of lumbar patients. Strong manual therapy skills would be preferred.
We allow 60 minute evaluations and typically treat patients in 30 minutes blocks. It is our goal NOT to over lap patients but to provide one on one care.
When fully staffed our clinic has two teams, each of which has a PT, PTA and tech.
The clinic also has a full time OT and ST. Co-treating does occur with our neuro patients with OT and ST.
Our documentation is a data base but the therapists do their documentation in the chart and data entry associate prints out all reports. We also run on a centralized scheduling system. Clerical support is available 6 am to 5 pm for filing, faxing, scheduling and physician communication.
The Fremont outpatient clinic has a senior PT and site team leader who will serve as mentor for a traveler.
Our community is surrounded by opportunities for outdoor recreation (hiking, kayaking….) We are about 45 minutes from Grand Rapids which offers a array of restaurants, shopping and cultural activities. We are about 45 minutes east of Lake Michigan and coast line beach towns (Muskegon). We are approximately 2 miles away from our 80 bed hospital. There is a potential to assist in acute care coverage. Some acute care experience would be beneficial but not as high a priority as outpatient skills. Overall, we are an AWESOME place to work.
