10+ years experience in embedded/ real time, FW/SW application coding, integration and tools development.Background in DSP algorithm development, RTOS, and assembly language.Familiarity with logic Analyzers, hardware schematics, troubleshooting system issues and code debug, as well as driver experience (USB, UART, Ethernet).Familiarity with source code and software version control.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work through technical issues independently with customers and development teams in a cross functional environment.Provide technical guidance to team for development of firmware/software for new products as well as in support of new applications for customer support.Participate in next generation product definition leveraging system level experience and architectural knowledge.Accurately assess customer system architectures and provide integration recommendations for Teridian products.Assist customers & 3rd parties in designing and troubleshooting of FW/SW Apps.Design and develop demo and proof of concept applications.Lead development of documentation including software users guide and programming notes as well as train Field Application Engineers in use and debug of device FW/SW.The ability to Manage and Provide Technical Guidance to Team Members while having also the ability to understand and asses Customer System Architectures combined with a willingness to be an Individual Technical Contributor.Experience with DSP Algorithm Development and Signal Processing (ADC/DAC).Experience with High Precision Data Conversion, not necessarily High Speed. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills with a Customer or Solutions Orientation.All of these experiences would be at the Firmware/Software/Systems Level with Breadth of Experience being a key differentiator.
