This position reports into the Director of Global Marketing within the Wound Therapeutics Business Unit. The Product Manager will be responsible for the creation and execution of the brand strategy. This position will work very closely with local markets, including local marketing and sales teams. In addition, the PM will be the key interface between R&D, manufacturing and supply chain, and finance to ensure strong and ongoing Life Cycle Management of the brand. It requires the candidate to be both a brand champion worldwide as well as a strategic business leader. Requirements: BA/BS required MBA with a concentration in marketing or international marketing preferred 5 plus years of Medical Device or relevant global marketing and brand management experience required. Prior experience managing external resources, including Advertising and Public Relations agencies required Demonstrated ability to conduct primary and secondary market research to derive key market insights is preferred Experience working in a multi-cultural global organization leading or facilitating multi functional teams is preferred Marketing and/or sales experience into the acute care setting is preferred Prior marketing experience should include assessing customer needs, gaining market insights, developing and positioning global brands, and communicating with, training, and supporting global field sales teams. 30% travel both domestic and international is required..
