Responsibilities: Enhance the experience of the top AdSense Online publishers by developing strong relationships and by providing exceptional customer support. Proactively manage partner relationships across various Google products, features, and optimizations to hit and exceed aggressive team revenue targets. Actively solicit customer feedback and work with Product Management to communicate customer needs, enhancements, and priorities. Work with Sales teams to promote AdSense to prospective customers. Requirements: BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record. Excellent phone and in-person account management and organizational skills. Strategic understanding of publisher and advertising industry business models. Business analysis skills and tools experience (including Excel, databases, etc.). Ability to navigate effectively within the Google organization and coordinate different internal parties. Excellent verbal/written communication skills including presentations. .
