IGN, the largest videogame information site on the web, is looking for a motivated Director, Product Management to lead our product strategy and execution on multiple fronts -- from building community tools to support our growing audience to creating products that support a new business opportunity. Responsibilities -Define and execute the product strategy for IGN's media websites -Build and manage a team of individual-contributor product managers -Improve and optimize existing product offering via metrics and analysis -Drive new product development, incorporating new technologies and business opportunities -Partner with engineering, editorial, marketing, sales, and finance teams to set and meet business objectives Qualifications -5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in consumer internet products -Proven ability to successfully navigate/manage in matrixed work environments -Proven ability to create and manage product roadmaps in order to deliver products on-time and on-budget -Familiarity with using data and analysis to drive business decisions -Strong communicator with the ability to express vision, obstacles and roadmaps in verbal and written form to all customers and stakeholders -Good understanding of Internet trends and web technologies -Passion for creating great products that are widely used -MBA and/or BS in Computer Science or similar preferred -Professional or personal experience with the videogames industry not required..
