Sales And Service Representative - (US-FL-Jacksonville - 32290) Minimum Education: None Job Type: Full Time Jobcode: N/A Email this job to yourself or to a friend | Job Match Test | Resume Guide Click Here to Apply Online Responsibilities: Primary job objective is to work with BSP team members to: Meet or exceed monthly sales and gross profit quotas Service: perform support functions where needed to support the MUSA Sales effort, such as processing quotes, performing product crosses, etc. Inbound: generate incremental sales by up-selling on inbound calls Outbound: generate incremental sales from inactive accounts; generate new accounts; generate business from existing accounts Achieve world-class customer service by exceeding customer expectations with every customer contact Process the daily ordering for MUSA Sales accounts by phone, fax, email and customer specific electronic ordering platforms Coordinate research on specialty products with Drop-ship buyers; handle customer service issues to include interaction with other internal departments to facilitate complete customer satisfaction Interact with the various departments when setting up new items or new products for corporate accounts Responsible for the sales and service of an extensive line of plumbing, electrical and other products by initiating sales telephone calls to assigned MUSA Sales customers to expand sales volume and further penetrate sales. Explain benefits and features of unique MUSA sales programs to expand customer purchase patterns Must be able to meet monthly team sales quotas and daily call time requirements. For each phone call made or received, utilize appropriate pre-designed computer screen to document and profile the customer account. This is a very important task required to efficiently and professionally service the accounts and maintain a history profile of what was discussed with the customer. Maintain and develop good customer relationships. Continuously strive to develop and maintain customer rapport and satisfaction, learn and apply new product knowledge to enhance sales and personal professionalism. Gather competitive information and other market trends; interact with other departments (Marketing, Purchasing/Inventory Control, Credit, Quality Assurance) and national distribution centers to resolve customer service issues. Requirements: Assertive team player with positive attitude, high energy level, and ability to establish customer rapport and build relationships. 1 year or more experience with Interline Brands as an outbound Telesales rep preferred Product knowledge (plumbing, electrical, maintenance, hardware, HVAC, gas products) a plus; knowledge of internal processes and procedures preferred Computer/PC literacy. Strong problem solving ability, good negotiation and closing skills. Pleasant telephone voice/manner, clear speaking voice, good command of the English language, good listening skills. 2 years sales or customer service experience High School diploma or equivalent, AS degree in Business or related field preferred. .
