Responsibilities: This includes providing vision/direction and partnering with appropriate internal and external groups to drive strategy and execution based on business goals and evaluating effectiveness of all efforts to help create a customer-focused culture. Responsibilities: Provide brand and marketing expertise to the enterprise and provide marketing insights to business units on positioning, customer engagement/relationship development and paid communications as part of an overall communications plan. Responsible for managing enterprise-wide initiatives, programs and activities related to branding and corporate identity. Provide input and counsel to Regions on how marketing can help deliver business goals and what types of resources would be needed to execute with excellence. Work with Business Intelligence team to ensure we measure efforts and learn from experiences so we can inform future plans. Ensure long-term development of brand franchise equities by: Strengthening and extending brand use in Region efforts Developing and sustaining superior brand imagery Ensuring superior quality of communications Develop impactful sales tools based on the needs of the Sales Development team and insights from the Business Intelligence team. Partner with HR to develop effective Employee Engagement and Recruitment plans (starting with positioning). Design a world-class website for Lane by defining needs in our business and for our customers/potential customers and all key constituencies. Deliver compelling user experience Define metrics, measure performance and constantly improve Drive effective approach to content management Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Evaluates customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed. .
